Application methods:
The product can be used by printing process, coating method, padding method and other processes.
1. Padding method:
1.1 Recommended dosage:
The dosage of JYK AIT-1000 is generally 3-6% weight ratio to fabric. In order to increase the washing resistance of the finished fabric, it is suggested to use JYK FIX-ET as a fastness accelerator, and the dosage is generally 1.5-2% weight ratio of fabric.
1.2 Recommended process:
Fabric → pad finishing solution (padding liquid ratio 60-70%) → drying ( at 80-120℃)
Setting at high temperature (at 150-180℃ for 30-60 seconds) → finished product.
2. Coating method or printing method:
When coating method or printing process is adopted, it can be treated with appropriate reference to the above dosage and process.
Precautions:
Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility of various additives.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
