Product overview:
The product belongs to non-ionic polyester polyurethane dispersion, which is suitable for preparing textile coating and foam coating slurry. It can improve the wet rubbing fastness of fabric when used in pigment printing paste, and can also be used in various functional auxiliaries to improve the washing resistance of fabric after functional finishing.

Application methods:
When mixed with pigment printing paste, JYK FIX-PUD recommends adding 1-2% weight ratio to pigment printing paste, and use it after full stirring.
Suggested heat treatment process: Keep the temperature at 140℃ for 2-5 minutes; When the treatment temperature is increased, the treatment time can be shortened appropriately.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Due to different treatment conditions, the treated fabric may be yellowed. Please confirm the sample in advance before using it;
3. The hand feeling of the fabric may change after treatment. Please evaluate carefully and improve it by adding appropriate softeners or other additives if necessary.

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
