Product overview:
Chitosan derivatives is prepared by chemical modification of marine biological chitosan.This product is an antibacterial agent prepared with chitosan derivatives as main component . It can be used for antibacterial treatment of textiles.
Product character:

● Because of its cationic property, it has good absorption on cellulose fiber and animal fiber.

● Appearance: Light-colored translucent liquid

Application methods:
This product can be used by padding, dipping, spraying, coating and foam application.
Generally, the dosage is 2-3% (weight ratio to fabric)
1. Padding method:
For open-width processed fabrics, padding method can be used; Dosage: 3% (weight ratio to fabric) or 30-40g/L; liquid ratio: 80-100%; Drying→setting: <120℃× 2-5min;
2. Impregnation method:
This product has strong affinity for cellulose fiber or animal fiber, and can be absorbed on the fiber;
Dosage: 3.0% (weight ratio to fabric);
pH: 6.5-7.0; The bath ratio is 1:10-15;
Bath liquid temperature: 40-60℃,
Impregnation time: 20-30min;
Drying→setting: <120℃×2-5min
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. When padding process is adopted, it should be avoided to use it in the same bath with special fluorescent whitening agent which is sensitive to acidity; When dealing with white bleached cotton cloth, make sure that all residual bleach has been removed before use;
3. This product is cationic. If it is mixed with other additives, please confirm the compatibility;
4. This product may affect the color of the processed textiles. Please make proofs before the production .

Storage:
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
