Application methods:
It is generally recommended to use padding process for application;
Suggested dosage: JYK ABDO-ZN: 2-4% weight ratio to fabric;
JYK FIX-ET: 1-1.5% weight ratio to fabric.
Treatment process: Pretreatment→ dyeing→ padding (padding liquid ratio: 60-80%)→ drying ( at 100℃ for 3 minutes)→ setting ( at 150℃ for 1-2 minutes).
Test methods:
Antibacterial test was carried out by JIS L1902: 2008; JSI L0217-103 was used for washing test.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The product has shaking denaturation. After dilution, the effective ingredients are easy to precipitate. Therefore, please fully stir after dilution before using;
3. Ensure that the product is used as it is matched to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of treatment;
4. When using the product to treat the fabric, it may cause the color change of the fabric, so it is necessary to carry out pre-test to confirm the color.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
