Application methods:
It can be applied by padding, impregnation or spraying.
1. Padding method:
General dosage: 30-70 g/L; One immersion and one padding (padding ratio: 70-100%) → drying: below 130℃.
2. Impregnation method:
Suggested dosage: 3-5% weight ratio to fabric;
Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Temperature: 40-50℃;
Soaking: at 15-30 minutes →dehydration → drying: at 80-100℃ → setting: at 120℃ for 1-2 minutes.
3. Spraying method:
After diluting to 6% solution, spray and dry evenly. At this time, attention should be paid to strengthening the labor protection of workshop environment and operators.
Precautions:
Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility of various additives.
Packing:
20 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
