Product overview:
The product is mainly used in cotton, viscose, LYOCELL and other cellulose fibers, wool and silk fabrics and cellulose fiber which is blended with polyester, nylon, Lycra (spandex) and other fabrics.The antibacterial finishing is durable. The product can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and can be widely used in antibacterial finishing of clothes, towels, bedding, wet wipes and non-woven fabrics.
Product character:
Only a small amount of addition can show good antibacterial performance;
Stable to light and heat ,and stable in a wide range of pH 2-8;
Without changing the existing process and adding additional working procedures, it can be used for antibacterial finishing of garments;
It is firmly combined with cellulose fiber by covalent bond, thus providing good washing fastness.

Stability: Stable storage at room temperature to 0℃, if frozen, it needs to be melted before use.
Application methods:
The product can be used by padding, dipping, spraying, coating and foam application.
1. Padding method: for open-width processed fabrics, padding method can be used;
Suggested dosage: 3% (weight ratio to fabric) or 30-40 g/L;
Liquid ratio: 80-100%; Drying → setting: less than 120℃ for 2-5 minutes.
2. Impregnation method: The product has good affinity for cellulose fiber and can be adsorbed on the fiber;
Suggested dosage: 3% weight ratio to fabric;
pH: 6.5-7; Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Bath temperature: at 40-60℃;
Impregnation time: for 20-30 minutes; Drying →setting: less than 120℃ for 2-5 minutes.
Precautions:
1. When padding process is adopted, it should be avoided to use it in the same bath with special fluorescent whitening agent sensitive to acidity. When treating white bleached cotton cloth, it should be confirmed that all residual bleaching agent has been removed before use;
2. When antibacterial treatment is carried out on blended fabrics, it should be ensured that the blended fabrics contain more than 35% cotton or man-made fibers;
3. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
