Product character:
1. Good antimicrobial property: The selected polyester antibacterial masterbatch (MB-AM PET) itself has good antimicrobial property, and when the addition amount is 1.5-2%, it has obvious antimicrobial effect;
2. Durable washing resistance: The antibacterial agent in the fiber is evenly distributed in the fiber in molecular state, and the antibacterial agent molecules will slowly dissolve out to the surface of polyester filament fiber during use. Even in the post-processing process, after many processes such as pretreatment, dyeing and post-treatment, the antibacterial agent cannot leave the parent polyester filament, so it has lasting washing resistance;
3. It has good dyeability: the antibacterial agent is a non-ionic component, and when added to polyester filament, it will not affect the dyeing performance of polyester itself;
4. Broad-spectrum and durable antibacterial property: The antibacterial active components in antibacterial polyester staple fiber are evenly distributed and embedded in the cross section of the fiber, which can effectively inhibit the excessive reproduction of bacteria, thus effectively inhibiting the generation of peculiar smell on textiles.
