Product Overview:
Anti-mosquito polyester fiber is a yarn made of anti-mosquito masterbatch (MB-SP PET) or anti-mosquito antibacterial masterbatch (MB-S2 AMQ PET) and polyester chips after being blended evenly, and then spun.
The product has a wide range of uses, such as knitted clothing, sportswear, home textile products and outdoor clothing.
Product characteristics:
1. Stable spinnability: The anti-mosquito components in anti-mosquito masterbatch (MB-SP PET) or anti-mosquito antibacterial masterbatch (MB-S2 AMQ PET) are high temperature resistant organic compounds, which can melt at high temperature without blocking spinning components;
2. Good anti-mosquito performance: The selected anti-mosquito masterbatch itself has good anti-mosquito performance;
3. Durable washing resistance: The anti-mosquito agent in the fiber is evenly distributed in the fiber in molecular state, and the anti-mosquito agent molecules slowly dissolve out to the surface of polyester filament fiber during use. Even in the post-processing process, after many processes such as pretreatment, dyeing and post-treatment, the anti-mosquito agent cannot leave the parent polyester filament, so it has lasting washing resistance;
4. Good dyeability: The anti-mosquito agent is a non-ionic component, which will not affect the dyeing performance of polyester filament when added to it;
5. Broad-spectrum and durable anti-mosquito property: The anti-mosquito active components in the anti-mosquito polyester filament are evenly distributed and embedded in the cross section of the fiber, which can effectively repel mosquito bites for a long time.

Application method:
Only when the dosage of the product in the final finished fabric reaches more than 50% can it have obvious anti-mosquito performance. According to the actual situation and specific requirements, users decide the addition amount of anti-mosquito masterbatch and the ratio of anti-mosquito polyester filament.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
