Product overview:
The antibacterial nylon masterbatch JYK MB-AM PA6 is made of antibacterial agents with good antibacterial properties and PA6 chips by special dispersion technology. When it is blended with PA6 chips, polyester fiber with good antibacterial properties can be produced.
Product character:
1. The color of the product is lighter, which has little influence on the color and appearance of antibacterial nylon fiber/yarn;
2. The melting point and intrinsic viscosity of PA6 are lower than those of ordinary PA6, and it has good blending dispersibility;
3. During the whole spinning cycle, it is not easy to block the spinning assembly, which can improve the product quality and production rate and reduce the production cost;
4. The addition of 1.5-2% weight ratio to fiber is low, and good antibacterial performance can be achieved;
5. Good washing resistance and high cost performance;
6. There are many kinds of spinnable fibers: staple fiber, filament FDY, ITY, island, polyester and nylon composite superfine fiber and other products can be used, which is more suitable for the production of high F number yarn;
7. The production of antibacterial nylon fiber can still achieve good antibacterial performance when it is used in the proportion of 15-30% (weight ratio of fiber).
